Our client is a National multifamily group looking for dynamic maintenance candidate.

Requirements: 

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of property maintenance experience.
  • Must have good experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and appliance installation/repair.
  • A/C and Heater repair experience.
  • Must have own tools
  • Must have DL and transportation

DUTIES:

  • Timely completion of make readies with attention to detail and quality of work
  • Completes work orders, repairs, and maintains cleanliness in a timely manner while maintaining safety in all property areas, including the interior and exterior of buildings
  • Utilizes excellent communication skills while regularly interacting with residents, vendors, contractors, all levels of employees, and clients
  • Perform apartment inspections for preventative maintenance needs
  • Maintains a clean and safe shop, and store supplies and materials when delivered in a safe and organized manner
  • Provide snow removal service such as spreading ice melt or with shovels when necessary
  • Willingness to learn to troubleshoot areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and seek advice when needed
