Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced bilingual bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, with proven expertise in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Responsibilities:

- Take full charge of bookkeeping for several clients

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Reconcile bank and credit card statements

- Prepare financial statements

- Assist in preparing income tax returns for clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop software
- Familiarity with income tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

- Fluent in English and Spanish, read, write, speak
