CORPORATION OVERVIEW:

Steel fabrication company, located in Warren Michigan. Our primary source of business is, but not limited to, laser cutting. We also plasma cut, form/bend, machine, and weld, capable of working with a wide range of materials. We service a vast majority of industries; Automotive, Military, Aerospace, Entertainment, Clean Tech, B to C, etc.

Job Position: Insides Sales, Project management

Reports to Sales Manager

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Primary focus is building lasting relationships and helping provide best service possible in the steel fabricating industry.

Working with team members, companywide, to service existing customers and potential new customers with services that we provide or with services that we can help with depending on the projects.

Travel is limited, but occasionally customer visits are made to view their operations and possibly go over how we might be able to offer more support.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop lasting relationships with existing and potentially new customers
• Write customer quotes in ERP system
• Able to read and understand detailed prints
• Follow up on quotes
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and other general computer skills
• Respond to web inquires both I.M. and emails
• Work with other team members companywide
• Limited traveling to customer facilities
• Help improve process and procedures when needed
• Learn about company services and offer suggestions to help better company growth
• Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures
