Restaurant General Manager | Great Pay

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee operations in our fast-paced fast food/quick-service restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managerial roles within the food service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of crew members and managers, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Train and develop staff to uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all staff and customers.
- Analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager in the fast food or quick-service industry.
- Proven track record as a Manager with 10-12 years of overall experience in the food service industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn and adapt to new opportunities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a strong background in training and development.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a role model to crew members and managers, leading by example with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and customers.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays without restrictions.
