Looking for employee with great communications skills, organization, experience in the receptionist/guest services department. This job is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 to 5. We are closed every Wednesday, but may request employee to come into office for a half day if needed. You will be in charger of scheduling patients and taking all messages. You will be in charge of getting all telehealth patients online and ready to see the doctor. Answer call, filing, working with the accounts receivable team. Getting charts ready the day prior.
