Job Title: Fitters/Fabricators

Location: Kansas City KS area - Bonner Springs, KS

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled Fitters/Fabricators to join our client's team on behalf of a renowned and long-established steel fabrication client. With a rich history, our client specializes in heavy fabrication for various sectors including commercial projects, DOT, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. You might recognize their work in the infrastructure you use daily, such as bridges and other significant structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently read and interpret engineering prints.
  • Perform layout and structural/commercial fitting and fabricating tasks accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with DOT projects or exposure to US Army Corps of Engineers projects is highly valued.

Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Part-time

Hours:

  • First shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Second shift available
  • Opportunities for overtime as work volume permits.
