Job Description:

NSG, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team for a full-time position at a multi building large commercial office facility in Blue Ash, OH. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in a variety of trade skills, with a primary focus on HVAC systems, and possess 5 years of commercial maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mastered trade skills in working with air and water-cooled chillers, gas-fired low-pressure boilers, pneumatic control systems, air handlers, pumps, cooling towers, fire protection wet and dry systems, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Maintain and repair electrical panels, wiring, outlets, lights, ballasts, commercial plumbing, pumps, valves, perform basic carpentry tasks and assemble and adjust furniture systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Work independently and provide direction to others as needed.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Self-Starter who is results oriented.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of commercial maintenance or construction experience.
  • Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry, general maintenance.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with BAS controls systems a plus.
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid Driver's License.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (40 Hours Per Week).
  • On-call rotation for weekends.

Compensation:

  • $28-30 per hour.
  • Weekly pay every Friday.
