Position Summary Safe Haven Security is currently seeking a dedicated Shelling Representative to join our organization. The primary focus of this role is to answer inbound calls, place outbound calls, answer customer questions, troubleshooting with technicians, performing quality assurance, data entry, and scheduling.

In this role you will be:

· Collaborating with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

· Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure customer satisfaction

· Inputting data into the database

· Handling inbound and outbound calls

· Coordinating appointments

· Maintain precise and up-to-date records

To be successful in this role, you should have:

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

· Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills

· Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

· Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 2+ years in customer service
