What You'll Do:
As a Team Member at Play Day Cafe, your role is to ensure every child and parent has an amazing experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and providing exceptional customer service.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining quality and freshness standards.
- Monitoring play areas to ensure a safe and fun environment for all guests.
- Assisting with parties and group events, making sure everything runs smoothly and guests have a great time.
- Keeping the facility clean, safe, and in line with health regulations.
- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Bringing positive energy to each shift and being ready to help out wherever needed.
