Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a fully experienced Journeymen Meat cutter.  The candidate must be able to break down beef and hog carcasses into primals, primals into sub primals and subprimals into customer requested cuts.  Customers cuts can include portion control.  The candidate must have working knowledge of all equipment in the meat cutting room including but not limited to bandsaws, grinder, mixers and packaging equipment. The candidate will be required to maintain their own PPE and cutlery (company will provide if needed).  

The team member will be required to set up work station at the start of shift and clean the general area upon completion of the production shift.  Outside of cutting duties the team member will be responsible to labeling trimmings, keeping orders organized, maintaining company SSOPs along with GMPS.
