Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding or willing to learn commercial kitchen equipment repairs, specializing in ice machines, refrigeration systems, and related components. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, including but not limited to ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Document all service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and time spent, accurately and thoroughly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members to ensure transparency and timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve service delivery.
