What does your company do?

Job Summary
The Sport Instructoris responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players. The Sport Instructor will need to build relationships with players and parents while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
  • Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
  • With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
