This role will start with several IT related responsibilities with the focus on IT infrastructure for our new cloud offering, internal IT and application support. As we grow, this person will be able to identify their preferred path (Software/IT) and narrow their discipline.
The role requires interpersonal skills due to the close interaction with employees, vendors, existing customers and potential customers.
Experience with virtual environments (VMWare, Hyper-V), networking topology and setup, VPN and router configuration are all skills that will be helpful or required for this role.

Responsibilities
- General

- Ensure quality customer service through direct customer interaction and delivery of features and issue resolution
- Network & Server Health, Performance & Maintenance
Configure, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain all network and server hardware. You must be technically proficient and motived to learn existing and new technologies. Teamwork will play a key role in leveraging other members of the team to assist with these tasks. Management and maintenance of all server and workstation backups and processes.
- System functionality
This role must learn all functionality of our systems and understand customer usage. They should also understand current system design and be able to assess customer impact of issues and feature updates and additions. Any proposed changes need to be documented so business partners and the development can understand what will be delivered and why.
Other Responsibilities
- Client Projects & Support
- Assist project coordinator to ensure all projects are completed on-time, on-budget and to the satisfaction of the client
- Communicate directly with clients, third-party resources and INFODYNAMICS internal staff for most effective project completion and/or issue resolution.

- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

- Have working knowledge of software products that INFODYNAMICS integrates with (functional and applied use)
- Build strong working knowledge of using business financial/management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
- Present and implement ideas to improve current products or product offerings and functionality based on real-world business cases
