requirements:
- must have own transportation.
- be punctual.
- full-time capable.
- open to growth and learning new things.
- having your own basic tools is a plus.
- complete work and repair orders in a timely matter.

Previous experience in framing or other related fields. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to handle physical workload. Deadline and detail-oriented. Would like you to have your own tools for plumbing, drywall, paint, etc.

Hourly wage depends on experience and trade.

- Construction Technicien
- Foreman
- Carpenter
- General Labor (willing to learn)
- Painter
- Plumber (part-time)
- Electrician ( Part-Time)
- Someone that knows a little bit of everything
