Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $28-30
  • Per Diem: $110 per work day plus Travel Pay
  • Project Duration: 6+ months
  • Working: 5'10s

Your Role in Our Team

As a Journeyman Ironworker at LPR, you'll be instrumental in erecting structural iron and steel, ensuring that each project reflects quality and precision, completed within set timelines.

Your Skill Set

  • Structural Expertise: Proficient in bolting-up structural members.
  • Welding Skills: Competence in 3G and 4G welding.
  • Rigging and Hoisting: Skilled in rigging structural-steel members and hoisting beams, girders, and columns using cranes or directing equipment operators.
  • Detail-Oriented: Expertise in detailed tasks like installing various steel components, safety installations, and joist spreading.
  • Assembling Acumen: Adept in assembling and plumbing structural steel, installing decks, and welding steel stairs, handrails, and guardrails.
  • Field Fabrication: Ability to perform field fabrication or assembly as per blueprints or instructions.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in inserting sealing strips, wiring, insulating materials, and more in various structures.
