Job: 100% on-site (6-month contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion)

Position Overview: As a Senior Bioanalytical Scientist at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in the development, qualification, and execution of bioanalytical assays to support our pre-clinical and clinical studies. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality bioanalytical results, contributing to the advancement of our bioanalysis strategies, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assay Development & Execution: Lead the design, qualification, and execution of bioanalytical assays to support drug development across pre-clinical and clinical stages.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making in drug development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with project teams to develop and implement bioanalytical strategies and technologies that meet project milestones.
  • Tech Transfer & Collaboration: Manage the tech transfer process and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing expert review and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Documentation & Regulatory Support: Ensure meticulous documentation in electronic lab notebooks and technical reports, supporting regulatory submissions and compliance.
  • Presentations & Meetings: Represent the bioanalytical team in group meetings, project updates, and technical discussions, presenting data and strategies clearly and effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Education: PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related field with 0-3 years of postdoctoral experience, or MS/BS with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in immunoassays and bioanalytical characterizations.
  • Skills: Strong scientific acumen, exceptional data analysis, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bioanalytical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of bioanalytical requirements for biotherapeutic development, with hands-on experience in assay qualification and validation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Broad experience with a range of analytical techniques, including Molecular assays (qPCR/ddPCR), Flow Cytometry, Mass Spectrometry, and Cell-based assays.
