Role Overview: As the Vice President of Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Leveraging your extensive experience in SaaS sales leadership, you will lead and mentor our sales teams, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Teams, to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive sales effectiveness through strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with company objectives and drive overall business success.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to senior management on market trends, competitive dynamics, and sales opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in growing a SaaS company, with demonstrated experience in driving significant revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Experience leading both Business Development Representative (BDR) teams and Sales Teams, with a focus on developing talent and driving performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Passion for the challenge of growing a business and taking a smaller company to the next level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
