PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for a HVAC Superintendent for our client in Asheville. We would love to hire you for this position TODAY

Please note the pay range for this role is $42 - $46 p/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Identify and resolve project-related issues
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel
• Ensure that HVAC installations comply with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing project updates as needed
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports and progress reports
• Perform various tasks as they arise

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age and able to provide work authorization documents
• Must be local to the Asheville area
• 8+ years' experience as an HVAC Superintendent in commercial and industrial projects
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices
• Leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Interpret construction plans and specifications
• Have OSHA 10 or greater safety certification
• HVAC-related certifications and licenses not required but preferred
• Reliable transportation
