Position Overview:

Klean 4U LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and dependable House Cleaner with a minimum of 2 years of house cleaning experience to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a House Cleaner, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the cleanliness and tidiness of our clients' residences. This role requires the incumbent to possess a valid driver's license, exhibit comfort in driving the company vehicle, and showcase proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish to ensure effective interaction with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks within assigned residential properties in alignment with Klean 4U's quality standards and client specifications.
• Engage in vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting of all designated areas, including living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Sanitize and cleanse surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and additional surfaces as required.
• Responsibly manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of waste receptacles.
• Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly while commuting to various work locations each day.
• Utilize strong bilingual skills (Spanish and English) to foster clear communication with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Sustain the upkeep of cleaning equipment and supplies, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair necessities.
• Abide by established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations without exception.
• Report property maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate channels as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service, actively contributing to a positive and harmonious workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of prior house cleaning experience is essential.
• Mandatory possession of a valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Comfort and competence in operating the company vehicle on a daily basis.
• Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English, showcasing exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate adept time management.
• A keen eye for detail, coupled with an innate sense of cleanliness and organization.
• Physical stamina to undertake cleaning responsibilities, including lifting and moving objects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling collaborative teamwork and independent contributions.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a robust work ethic are indispensable qualities.
• Willingness to accommodate a part-time schedule, which may encompass weekends and evenings as needed.
