Job DescriptionJob Description

$1000.00 Bonus

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will:

  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors
  • Provide 1:1 Direct instruction using ABA techniques to teach appropriate replacement behaviors, verbal behavior, and academic skills.
  • Collect and analyze data regarding skill acquisition and behavior reduction daily.
  • Participate in team meetings with other instructors and BCBA.
  • Receive in-vivo supervision and ongoing training by supervising behavior analyst.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bilinguals are encouraged to apply.
  • RBT Certification.
  • Must love working with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be punctual.
  • Reliable transportation and driver’s license
  • BLS/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Clean background check
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays preferred
