```Responsibilities```

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using Creative Curriculum
- Complete ongoing assessments for each child using Teaching Strategies GOLD
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention to each child's needs and abilities
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and observations

```Requirements```

- CDA/Staff Credential required
- Experience working with children in a preschool or educational setting
- Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques
- Strong literacy education skills to promote language development
- Ability to develop and implement curriculum that supports learning goals
- Proficiency in math concepts appropriate for preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
