Mandolin HVAC & Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead HVAC Mechanic to join our team. As a Lead HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a wide range of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. You will lead a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs.

- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations during all HVAC operations.

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

- Order and maintain inventory of HVAC equipment, tools, and supplies.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.


Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.

- Ability to lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
