Labor Compliance Manager for Federal projects in LA and IE & LAX

Office is in Ontario and because of documents this must be a in office position. no remote.

  • Must have Supervisor experience
  • Must have Construction Management Firm experience
  • Must be willing to work out of Ontario office
  • Salary $75k, up to $115K Multiple positions, some lower and some might be higher depending on the client and responsibilities
  • Experience with LCP Tracker software a plus
  • Experience with city of Los Angeles labor compliance program a plus

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies

Skills:
- Strong understanding of schematics and blueprint reading
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to identify potential compliance issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance requirements to employees
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
