Ariba Consultant

PROJECT SUMMARY:

The Ariba Consultant is accountable for the successful development of the Ariba plaform as required by our customer base. This is a marketing and adminstrative function, and your knowledge of Ariba and saavy marketing sense will be counted on. 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

• Act as system administrator and primary business support person for our development of Ariba functionality
• Maintain user roles, permissions, client relationships, and other Ariba tasks
• Ensure communication/data flow between clientsand our staff via Ariba platform including
Orders, Payments, Catalogs, RFQ’s, Bids, Contracts, Etc
• Perform import and export of file loads.
• Maintain custom catalogs and assist with enabling punch-out vendors
• Train end internal users and provide internal troubleshooting and support
• Ensure that company policies or rules are properly applied to contract execution and purchase
transactions
• Create and manage information related to users, vendors, catalogs, items, pricing, and contracts

EXPERIENCE:

• Have substantial experience in Ariba or SAP vendor platforms, specifically the origination & launch of new platforms
