What you will do:

  • Ensure that processes, metrics, criteria, and endeavors are harmonized with core priorities such as safety, punctuality, quality, and efficiency
  • Apply robust analytical methodologies to problem-solving, crafting economical solutions
  • Supervise the implementation of installation and process enhancement initiatives, encompassing advancements in productivity and technology

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering is mandatory
  • 1-3+ years of practical, hands-on experience (experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes is a plus)
  • Willingness to proactively engage in tasks and take necessary actions to achieve desired outcomes consistently
  • Capacity to adeptly navigate uncertain circumstances, persuade peers, and effectively execute plans
