We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team and help us continue to offer outstanding service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential residents over the phone to schedule tours.
• Show apartments and community features to prospective residents.
• Log phone and walk-in traffic; enter data into the computer daily.
• Highlight the benefits of leasing at our property and assist with applications.
• Conduct surveys to ensure competitive pricing.
• Perform marketing tasks as needed.
• Qualify and prepare leases for new residents.
• Handle move-in paperwork and key assignments.
• Address resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Follow Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with pest control, grounds upkeep, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with a strong commitment to quality work.
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior leasing experience is a must
