Led by their purpose and driven by their vision, they strive for excellence in all that they do and that starts with their people. The Maintenance Supervisor executes maintenance support for the manufacturing plant’s strategic and production plans. This position manages the uptime and production throughput by implementing proven professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes. Having as little equipment downtime as possible is a big focus for the plant since they are filling thousands of bottles of minutes, so preventive/predictive maintenance and pushing CI activities will be something the Supervisor will help with.
Experience Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience of experience working in maintenance within the manufacturing/industrial environment
- Troubleshooting – experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, blenders, grinders, pumps, fillers, sealers, cappers, conveyors, or packaging equipment
- Experience following and enforcing a preventative/predictive maintenance program
- CPG industry experience such as packaging, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages etc.
- Experience in a high-speed production facility
- Experience with having direct reports
