Landscape Supervisor

Riteway Properties, located in Greenfield, IN, is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.

**Position Requirements:**

• Proven experience in landscaping, including knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.
• Previous supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervising a team of landscapers and assigning tasks to ensure efficient completion of landscaping projects.
• Planning and executing landscaping designs, including planting, pruning, and mulching.
• Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment.
• Providing training and guidance to team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
