Overview

We are looking for a strong Client Support Business Analyst with

  • Fashion apparel, footwear, and accessories (AFA) industry experience
  • Excellent communication, technology, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of delivering superior customer service and training to clients
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and the Internet.
  • One to five years of experience in a technical/software support capacity

The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, innovative, and energetic person who strongly desires to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial company. We are seeking a Client Business Support Analyst that has experience delivering highly professional technical support services and can continue to market and sell the benefits of 7thonline's technology & services to new and existing clients. Client relationship experience in the fashion AFA industry is desired. Some travel may be required.

Candidates with experience in direct client interaction and business problem solving, technical support, software implementation, sales engineering, and software training should apply.

Candidates should reside in the New York / New Jersey area.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface with clients for daily relationship management and implementation
  • Analyze and document client requests for program changes and track requests through implementation at the client
  • Create documentation and maintain client-specific business processes as they relate to 7thonline
  • Administer and maintain the Customer Support Tracking System
  • Deliver high-quality and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Organize and analyze data and information using Word, Excel, or other tools as necessary
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for new and existing users
  • Write and maintain documentation for user training sessions
  • Conduct and record client meetings
  • Conduct functional Quality Assurance testing to ensure client's needs are met through new development
  • Provide market support at client locations
  • Assist in providing client phone support, including troubleshooting 7thonline's programs
  • Provide after-hours support and testing, when necessary, during production software releases
  • Support sales department as needed, including building and maintaining demos

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to assess, document, and implement processes and procedures
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage workload, take accountability and deliver results to meet competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a service-oriented attitude, and be able to communicate and coordinate well with team members and customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and follow-through skills
  • B.S. degree in Information Systems preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • One to five years of experience in a technical/software support capacity
  • Experience in the Retail AFA industry is desired
