Position Available: Cashier/Receptionist/BDC Representative

Job Description: Landmark Automotive in Chamblee, GA is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist/BDC Representative. This position is crucial to our daily operations and involves a variety of responsibilities including:

• Answering phones promptly and professionally
• Collecting payments from customers accurately
• Scheduling appointments for service
• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly demeanor

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (shift may vary)
• Rotating Saturdays required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
