Looking to hire a motivated landscape professional to lead a crew.

Experience is a must, we are looking for someone to lead a lawn mowing and landscape maintenance crew. 

Must haves: 

  • Driver's License
  • Positive attitude & good work ethic
  • Ability to manage time (both daily and weekly) to effectively get through the property list
    • Properties include commercial facilities, municipal, and residential.
  • Expertise operating walk behind mowers, stand-on/zero-turn mowers
  • Ability to lead and work with others who are potentially less experienced to complete the jobs

The ideal candidate will be an expert in operating all types of commercial lawn/landscaping maintenance equipment, be able to know what is required at each property and perform tasks at a level that meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the seasons (regular mowing/maintenance, fall cleanups, spring cleanups, commercial snow removal).  

This is a full time, hourly position (with overtime), performance incentives, and guaranteed hours in the winter with the ability to transition to salary within 1 year
