Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary:

  • Operate a reach, standard forklift and other equipment in the performance of tasks related to the receipt and shipment of finished goods, operating supplies and other items.
  • Use of Scanner
  • 1st shift
  • Starting pay $20/hr,
  • Great OT hours
  • Long term

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Reach and standard forklifts to load and unload trucks and to transport materials within the building and yard.
  • Receive, read and interpret Pick Lists from Shipping Office
  • Pull finished product from inventory, assemble orders and prepare for shipment in accordance with Company policy.
  • Organize, stack, pack and wrap product to be shipped.
  • Receive inbound finished goods and transfers to designated and appropriate storage locations.
  • Will need to show proficiency on the Reach on day 1

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 6 months experience: operating a Reach forklift.
  • Must be able to read numbers and read English.
  • Must have the ability to meet certification requirements based on Company training program in forklift operation.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime as necessary.
