We are a well established small company looking for a part time, on site bookkeeper. This position offers daytime hours, no weekends, paid holidays, and 401k. Experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties
  • AP/AR - Monthly invoicing
  • Prepare tax documents
  • Maintain accurate, reliable records

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Conscientious, hard worker.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to be a team player who can also work independently.
