Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a  Plumbing Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We are a plumbing construction company specializing in multiple housing in the Tampa and surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation of High Rise Condos
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction and plumbing management or other related fields
  • Plumbing Experience
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

 

  • Salary 125,000

Job location is Naples Fl and Sarasota Fl
