Distinguished, mid-sized insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced FLORIDA BODILY INJURY / GENERAL LIABILITY DEFENSE Litigation Attorneys to join their FORT LAUDERDALE team.

THIS IS A HYBRID WORK-FROM-HOME ROLE - WE ALLOW WORKING FROM HOME 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK.

***IDEAL Candidates have 2 + years experience in FL Bodily injury / General Liability Defense Litigation or other insurance defense experience***

DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, review and analysis of medical records and claims files to identify damages and liability issues, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls,and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same. Should also have trial experience or at least "trial prep" experience.
