We are looking for part-time and full-time teachers from entry level assistants to experienced and lead level teachers to work with children within the age range of infants up through five years of age. All are encouraged to apply.

Join a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.

Assistant Level Teachers: Learn from wonderful and experienced staff with room for growth.
  • 16+ years of age
  • CPR/First Aid (Preferred)

Associate Level Teachers: Work with amazing supportive teams with the opportunity to continue your journey to Lead Teacher status
  • 18+ years of age
  • A minimum of 9 ECE credits
  • CPR/First Aid (preferred)
  • FT/PT positions open
Lead Level Teachers: Work with other like minded people who encourage and support each other
  • 18+ years of age
  • A minimum of 18 ECE credits
  • CPR/First Aid (preferred)
  • FT/PT positions available.


Duties

  • Associate and Lead teachers : Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
  • Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.
  • Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.
  • Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
  • Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.
  • Supervise teacher assistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities, hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, forms and files.
  • Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.


Requirements

  • Background checks are required with the State of New Hampshire for all staff.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work with a team
