Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce Bacheler Technologies services and solutions.
  • Identify decision-makers within prospective client organizations and engage them in meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their potential fit for [Company Name]'s offerings.
  • Educate prospects on the value proposition of our services and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for our sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective cold calling strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in the IT industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or partially remote environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend shifts.
