$21.00 - $21.50 per hour - no sales

Call Center Environment  Bachelor’s degree required.  Customer Service, Customer Accounts and Administrative positions available

Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be able to work between 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday; company has two shifts, 8 AM - 5 PM & 9 AM - 6 PM, schedule will rotate between these two shifts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Professional and polished demeanor 
  • Must not be afraid to be on the phones with customers
  • Experience in customer service, retail or restaurant preferred

Immediate Openings:
  • Customer Service Representative – Level 1:  Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM.
  • Early Customer Accounts Representative:  Monday - Friday working 4 days 8 AM - 5 PM, 1 day between 11 AM - 8 PM, and working 1  Saturday out of each month from 8 AM - 12 PM. 
  • Customer Service Support:  Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5 PM, occasional overtime offered.
  • Funding Analyst:  Monday – Friday, 8AM - 5 PM, occasional mandatory overtime.
Location:  Alpharetta, GA
