Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in our property management operations by assisting prospective tenants through the leasing process and ensuring excellent tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available properties.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Process rental applications, including background and credit checks.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current tenants to address inquiries and concerns.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and lease signings.
• Maintain knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor properties.
• Collaborate with property management team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
