  • Associate's degree in engineering or a related field, plus 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to understand and utilize the HAAS CNC milling & turning equipment and programming
  • Understand G-code a plus.
  • Possess strong organizational skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills
  • Work both collaboratively and independently
  • Work with machine operators to identify weakness in the current process and develop a better process with SOP’s
  • Understanding of material properties, basic understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis
