What Does the Aflac Sales Agent Position Look Like?

As a sales agent at Aflac you'll learn to:

  • Network with business and individuals generating your own leads, creating new opportunities for yourself and Aflac.
  • Connect with employees and cliental on a personal level, initialing possible life long bonds.
  • Learn adaptive skills to individualistic behaviors with buyers, overcoming common sales obstacles and pain points.
  • Support In-person and virtual sales presentations to local business owners.
  • Provide distinguishable customer service, enrolling claims for employers/employees to support new and existing policyholders.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate your lifestyle.
  • Commission based pay position
  • In house training

 

Qualifications:

  • Determined to obtain a life and health insurance license in the state of Michigan. (all resources to obtain license will be provided and covered by the Troy regional office.)
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States, without the need of current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Candidates must currently live in the Michigan area to commute to in-person office.
