Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with homeowners, educating them about our services, and identifying motivated sellers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting homeowners: Reach out to homeowners in our database via phone calls and text messages to introduce our company.
  • Educating homeowners: Provide information about our services, benefits, and solutions.
  • Lead qualification: Identify motivated sellers and set up sales appointments for our acquisition team.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and follow-ups.
  • Team collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales or call center roles.
    • Proven experience using CRM software, as well as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Sales-oriented mindset.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Ability to connect with people.
