We have partnered with a well-respected nonprofit organization to find their next Accounts Payable Supervisor If you are looking to contribute to a meaningful mission and like to have fun — we’d love to meet you This person will play a critical role in managing the company's financial obligations by accurately processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Expense Reporting: Reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and adjustments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
