Job DescriptionJob Description

PrideNow is assisting a commercial HVAC company located in Freeport, NY with their need to directly hire an HVAC Proposals Representative.

Manages HVAC service and maintenance for large retailers and other brick and mortar facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Company/client liaison
  • Demonstrates an understanding of HVAC systems to provide informed support and issue resolutions;
  • Facilitates effective communication among vendors, clients, and managers to ensure timely completion.
  • Reviewing and turning HVAC quotes to proposals for review and approval by client
  • Negotiating parts pricing with vendors
  • Supporting the customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
  • Assisting the team with any technical questions that may arise

Job Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


Hours: 8am - 5pm and occasional late night till 10pm.
Salary: $25/hr. - $29/hr.
