BASKETBALL REFEREE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· On-Court Referee

o Fair and impartial enforcement of Officiated PickUp Games rules, protocol, and policies in accordance with Brand Standards

· Guest Hospitality

o Provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience with the goal of being the best part of someone’s day everyday

Job Requirements

· Basketball experience is required

· Referee experience is preferred

· Customer service experience is preferred

· Candidate must be energetic and physically be able to meet the demands of a referee

Job Type

· Part-time

Compensation:

· Starting pay of $13/hour

Salary: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 2.5-4 hour shifts
• After school
• Evening shift
• Monday to Thursday, Saturday
• Weekdays 7pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-1pm, 1pm-5pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Woods Cross, UT 84087: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Referee: 1 year (Preferred)
• Basketball: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Saturdays

Work Location: In person

To do this, we strive to maintain an immaculately clean club that operates one-of-a-kind basketball related services. One of these services is our Officiated PickUp Games. We run back-to-back-to-back organized 10-minute basketball games with 2 referees. It's a great atmosphere for our members and our staff

Our referees work consistent shifts every week and are paid via direct deposit every two weeks. Career advancement possibilities are abundant, and many of our refs quickly move up within the company.
