We are seeking a an entry level candidate for a position as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant you will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs by answering client questions and listening to their claims, filing motions, reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and performing administrative duties as assigned. We are looking for a hardworking and diligent candidate who is able to multitask and hit the ground running on a number of administrative tasks. The role offers the opportunity to build a career within a top firm and get hands on experience working closely with attorneys in a distinguished environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information

​Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Work well in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be a good team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
