Job DescriptionJob Description
  • MUST have at least 3 years experience in marine shrink wrapping and detailing
  • The crew leader specializes in managing the crew responsible for cleaning and seasonal maintenance of boats.
  • Communicating with marina service and general managers
  • Weekly washes, compounding / waxing painting, polishing metal, teak cleaning, interior detailing, engine room cleaning, ceramic coats.
  • Set up and tidy up of sand blasting jobs.
  • Shrink wrapping
  • Operate buffers, hoses, vacuums, shrink wrap guns and power tools to meet service expectations
  • Inspect finished jobs overall condition so it will be acceptable to the customer  
  • Available to work overtime when required
  • Wear proper personal protective equipment.
  • Applicants will need • Previous marina experience preferred  • Ability to ascend and descend a ladder • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Ability to work in confined spaces • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Basic boat knowledge a plus • Eagerness to engage in a growing, fast paced industry • Consistently treats others with dignity and respect • Have a positive can do attitude • Ability to accurately and repeatedly perform tasks to a satisfactory level. • Communicates effectively • Follow procedures while seeking out new and better ways of accomplishing duties • Shows resolve and overcomes difficulties • Gladly provides responsive, and high level of service • Eagerly puts forth the extra effort to accomplish duties • Adapts quickly and efficiently to changing priorities
