Starting pay - $20.50, more if you have experience

Qualified Hurricane Shutter Installers Must:
  • Have a clean and valid Florida Driver's license
  • Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and be able to follow directions/instructions
  • Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems
  • Not be afraid of heights (40 ft. ladders, window scaffolding, plank scaffolding)
  • Be able to read a tape measure
  • Be able to lift more than 50 pounds while climbing a ladder
  • Be safety minded
  • Have a high work ethic
Qualified Hurricane Shutter Installers Should:
  • Have Hand tool experience
  • Have Power tool experience
  • Be able to diagnose problems and come up with creative solutions
  • Be reliable and have a desire to work hard
  • Be self motivated with a passion for quality
  • Should be familiar with outdoor installation environment
  • Have the ability and willingness to work with a with a partner
  • Be presentable, speak clearly, and have good people skills
