Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift (2pm - 10:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure safety rules are followed by direct reports and others.
  • Direct and supervise on day-to-day assignments relating to maintenance. 
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance plans and monitor outside contractors.
  • Process direct report timecards, review work performance and attendance issues.
  • Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 3 plus years of experience in leadership relating to industrial maintenance.
  • Capable to performed Mechanical and electrical maintenance as needed. 
  • PLC experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens (Nice to have).
  • Excellent communication skills
