Job Description
We are seeking reliable and vigilant Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for clients, employees, and visitors. This position involves patrolling designated areas, monitoring security systems, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises. Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Provide a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions.
Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, employees, and Skye Consulting Group, LLC management Prepare and submit detailed incident reports as required.
Enforce company and client policies, rules, and regulations.
Assist in crowd control during events or special occasions.
Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Washington State Security Guard License or the ability to obtain one.
Previous security or related experience preferred, but not required.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Basic knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended (8+ hour) periods.
